It’s the summer season, where festivals will go for your musical buds (and wallets) and you might be thinking about which one to go to. Well, an option is Cloud 9 Festival in Love Lane Farm, Chesire.
Featuring a diverse spectrum of music styles, the festival will have The Futureheads, Too Young to love (dreamy!), Clint Boon, The Sunshine Underground, Bez and many more.
But besides music, there will be charities on site. Campaign against living miserably (C.A.L.M.) and Headculture (who focus on depression and suicide) will be having awareness events and tents for diverse activities (not limited to shisha and tea)
So, how to get there? Well, there’s buses from Crewe Railway Station (which has services to London, Birmingham and Manchester) or you can just drive there (parking : 5 quid). You can also stay overnight (5 quid). Tickets are 27.50 a pop if you’re on the crowd with crow’s feet or 18.50 if you’re in the “grime in me mobile” generation. If you’re in under 10 crowd, you get in for free. Booking fees apply.
