In that odd* part of Sheffield called Ecclesall Road, lies a small shop called Kuji. The first thing you’ll notice is the window front, sporting clothing, old school cameras and the odd piece of strange jewellry. Maybe a bit of stationery in bright colours with funky patterns will also be decorating the window.

You go in and it’s bright place. Not because of the illumination, but because of the general layout of the shop. Articles around vary from stationery, interesting jewellery (robots, yeah!) and locally designed t-shirts and tote bags.

One of the few shops in the UK to carry wares from Stolen Thunder and Blood is the new Black, Kuji used to be on the far end of Ecclesall before relocating to a nice location (near the Botanical Gardens).

Amongst some of the monthly things going around are lomography competitions and window displays designed by local artists each month. If it sounds like the type of shop you’d like to check out, Kuji Shop is a nice shop to visit while being in that odd* part of Sheffield known as Ecclesall.
